C+ Fundamentals grade

Bunge Global SA is an agribusiness that buys, stores, processes and sells agricultural commodities. According to its filing, it holds agricultural commodity inventories—described as readily marketable inventories—and enters physically settled forward contracts to purchase and sell crops. Its activities include grain merchandising, oilseed and vegetable oil operations, and milling, carried out through subsidiaries such as Bunge Oils and Bunge Milling.

The company earns money chiefly by trading and processing these commodities, with revenue recorded as net sales; the value of its inventories and forward contracts is marked to market, drawing on inputs such as public exchange quotes for commodity futures.

Its operations span several regions, with the filing noting activity in Brazil, North America and Europe, and identifying a Grain Merchandising reporting unit among its businesses. Formerly Bunge Limited, it became Bunge Global SA, a Swiss-incorporated company, through a 2023 merger. In 2023 it agreed to combine with Viterra Limited, an acquisition reflected in its 2025 accounts, including goodwill and allowances recognised on completion.

Based on Bunge Global's 10-K filed February 19, 2026.
