10-Q filed September 14: Marwynn
Marwynn Holdings reported revenue of $5m for the twelve months to July 2026, a 32.8% drop on the prior year. That decline has accelerated, having stood at 22.7% a quarter earlier. Profitability, however, shows signs of repair. Free-cash-flow margin improved to -34.3%, up from -56.1% a year ago, while the operating margin widened to -13.8% from -82.0% over the same period. Set against this, the diluted share count has grown by 23.0% year on year, a pace of dilution that chips away at the value held by existing shareholders even as the underlying losses narrow. The combination leaves a mixed picture: revenue is contracting faster, but the business is losing less money on what remains, and doing so against a growing share base.
