C+ Fundamentals grade

TaskUs provides outsourced digital services for other companies. Its work falls into three offerings: Digital Customer Experience, which handles customer support across chat, social media, SMS and voice channels; Trust & Safety, covering content moderation and financial crime and compliance work such as identity verification, anti-money-laundering and fraud monitoring; and Artificial Intelligence Services, including data annotation and labelling, data collection, and support for training and evaluating large language models.

As of December 2025 it served roughly 200 clients, mostly technology and consumer firms in sectors such as social media, e-commerce, gaming, streaming, food delivery, ride-sharing, financial services and healthcare; its largest client is Meta. Clients engage it on a non-exclusive basis, with fees set against minimum and maximum service volumes tied to their forecasts.

It is organised around these three service lines and delivers from offshore and near-shore sites, with shared services centred in the Philippines and India. At the end of 2025 it employed about 65,500 people across 31 sites in 13 countries, working in more than 30 languages; the Philippines was its largest market, with roughly 38,100 staff. It also uses freelancers, called Taskers, through its TaskVerse platform.

model v1.6 · 2026-11-03

Not rated: held for review: our cash-flow value ($20.41) was left out of our combined valuation (it is more than 3x away from the median of our other models), so it can't be the basis of a rating.

Our value per share comes from a discounted-cash-flow model of Taskus, Inc.'s free cash flow after stock-based pay ( $87.9M, FY2026 Q2 TTM, with after-tax interest added back): growth for five years as below (the first two years from forecasts, guidance and the company's record), fading to 2.5%, discounted at 8.5%, then cash added and debt and other claims subtracted. These are model values under stated assumptions, not price targets or recommendations.

The inputs used by the models below have passed source checks. Individual model values are available below and in the interactive valuator. Their differences are shown explicitly; the platform combined value and recommendation remain withheld.
