B+ Fundamentals grade

CBRE Group is a commercial real estate services company. Through its Advisory Services arm it handles property leasing, sales, mortgage origination, loan servicing and valuation. Its Building Operations & Experience division supplies outsourced facilities management, property management and flexible-workplace solutions, while a separate Project Management unit—combined with majority-owned subsidiary Turner & Townsend—offers programme management, project management and cost consultancy across property, infrastructure and natural resources. The Real Estate Investments segment acts as a developer, investor and operator, running investment management and development services.

Its customers are the occupiers and owners of real estate. CBRE earns money from recurring, resilient sources such as facilities and project management fees, loan servicing and investment management charges, and from transactional sources including sales and leasing commissions, mortgage origination and development fees; some client costs are reimbursed as pass-through revenue.

The firm reports four segments plus Corporate and Other, and sells across the United States, EMEA, the United Kingdom, APAC and the Middle East. At the end of 2025 its assets under management stood at $155.5 billion.
