Earlier notes (2)

10-Q filed July 31: Organon & Co.

Organon's revenue for the twelve months to June 2026 came in at $6.10bn, a decline of 3.2% against the prior year. That drop has deepened from the 2.5% fall recorded a quarter earlier, suggesting the top line is losing momentum rather than stabilising. Among the 46 pharmaceuticals companies we cover, this leaves Organon ranked 38th for growth, firmly in the bottom half of the group. Profitability has also softened: free-cash-flow margin slipped to 11.1%, down from 12.3% a year earlier. Meanwhile, the diluted share count has risen 2.4% over the same period, a dilution that works against existing holders at a time when both growth and cash conversion are moving in the wrong direction.

10-Q on SEC EDGAR

Where Organon & Co. stands after its latest 10-Q

Revenue for the twelve months to June 2026 was $6.13bn, down 2.5% on a year earlier, about the same pace as a quarter earlier. That puts it 12 of 14 for growth among the pharmaceutical preparations companies we cover. Free-cash-flow margin fell to 9.3% from 10.5% a year earlier. Against its peers on growth, profitability, cash generation and balance sheet, it grades C. It passes 1 of our 5 financial-health checks. At that price, our model says the market is pricing in about 4.2% a year of cash-flow growth for five years, faster than the -0.6% a year revenue growth it has delivered.
