Earlier notes (2)

10-K filed September 3: PRO DEX

Pro-Dex's revenue for the twelve months to June 2026 reached $80m, a 13.3% rise on the prior year. That pace has eased from the 16.4% growth recorded a quarter earlier, suggesting momentum is cooling slightly. On profitability, the picture is more encouraging: free-cash-flow margin climbed to 13.4%, a marked turnaround from -3.1% a year before. Our model value has moved sharply in the other direction, falling from $53.55 to $14.84 a share. That leaves it far below the current share price of $63.09, a gap that is hard to ignore. Revenue growth may be softening and cash generation improving, but the valuation signal points to a stock trading well ahead of what the underlying numbers would justify.

These are model values under stated assumptions, not price targets or recommendations.

The inputs used by the models below have passed source checks. Individual model values are available below and in the interactive valuator. Their differences are shown explicitly; the platform combined value and recommendation remain withheld.
