Our note on each quarter Rimini Street files

10-Q filed October 29: Rimini Street

Rimini Street's revenue reached $438m in the twelve months to September 2026, a rise of 2.9% on the prior year and a marked acceleration from the 0.6% growth recorded a quarter earlier. Free-cash-flow margin improved to 5.1%, up from -0.4% a year ago, suggesting better cash conversion. Operating margin, however, narrowed sharply to 5.9% from 16.4%, pointing to margin pressure elsewhere in the business. Taken together, these shifts have pushed the fundamentals grade down from C+ to C. Our model value remains little changed at $0.92 a share, a fraction of the current $3.96 share price. Given this wide gap, the rating stays at Sell.
