Our note on each quarter Upbound Group files

10-Q filed October 30: Upbound

Upbound Group's revenue for the twelve months to September 2026 reached $4.73bn, a 3.2% rise on the year before. That pace has cooled from the 5.9% growth recorded a quarter earlier, suggesting the top line is losing some momentum. Profitability, however, has moved the other way: free-cash-flow margin climbed to 9.2%, well above the 3.1% seen a year ago. Reflecting this improved cash conversion, our model value has been lifted from $14.33 to $18.91 a share. At $19.11, the current share price sits marginally above our updated estimate, leaving little obvious margin of safety at present levels despite the stronger cash generation underlying the business.

Our model value for Upbound Group is under review, so past values are not shown until it is resolved.
