Value diary

Our note on each quarter RXO files

10-Q filed October 29: RXO

Model value −40.3%

RXO's revenue reached $6.54bn over the twelve months to September 2026, a 10.1% rise on the prior year and an acceleration from the 9.5% growth recorded a quarter earlier. Among the eleven air freight & logistics companies we cover, that pace ranks second. Free-cash-flow margin, however, stayed negative at -1.1%, showing no improvement despite the stronger top line. The fundamentals grade has nonetheless ticked up, moving from D to C. Our model value tells a different story: it has dropped from $16.21 to $9.68 a share, a steep cut that leaves it well below the current share price of $27.65. Taken together, the figures point to faster growth but a widening gap between the shares and what the underlying business appears worth.
