10-Q filed October 29: Restaurant Brands International

Restaurant Brands International grew revenue to $9.78bn over the twelve months to September 2026, a 5.5% rise on the year before but a step down from 6.5% growth a quarter earlier. Even so, our model value barely moved, sitting at $37.52 a share against a market price of $71.92, and the rating remains Sell. At current levels, the shares imply roughly 15.1% annual cash-flow growth over five years, well ahead of the 11.2% a year revenue growth the business has actually delivered.
