Unity provides a platform for building, deploying and operating games and interactive experiences across mobile, PC, console and extended reality. Its offering splits into two complementary sets. Create Solutions are tools and services for making real-time 2D and 3D content, built around a custom real-time 3D engine and development environment, with AI-assisted content creation, graphics, animation and audio tools, plus cloud services for asset management, DevOps and multiplayer support. Grow Solutions are mainly advertising products that help customers acquire and monetise users, including a mediation platform, ad networks such as the Unity Ad Network, and an offerwall; Supersonic publishes mobile games for smaller studios, and Aura provides on-device app discovery for telecom operators.
Revenue comes from both: software and cloud tools under Create, and advertising, publishing and monetisation under Grow. Customers range from large enterprises and mid-market firms to government and non-profit institutions, and small independent developers.
Beyond games, the platform is used in automotive, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, the public sector and robotics. Unity sells to customers worldwide and points to a large, active global community of real-time 3D creators, with third-party platforms partnering so creators can deploy content widely.
