CoreWeave runs a cloud computing platform built specifically for artificial-intelligence work. Its CoreWeave Cloud supports the full AI lifecycle — large-scale model training, inference, data movement and agentic workflows — by pairing purpose-built hardware with its own software. Named tools include CoreWeave Mission Control for provisioning and monitoring, Slurm on Kubernetes (SUNK), the CoreWeave Kubernetes Service for running GPU clusters, proprietary storage, and the Weights & Biases developer platform it acquired in 2025.
Customers are enterprises, AI research labs and technology firms deploying AI at scale. Most buy capacity through multi-year committed contracts on a take-or-pay basis, with a weighted-average duration of about five years; pay-as-you-go access is also offered. The company funds its infrastructure largely through asset-level debt supported by those customer contracts, plus corporate equity and debt.
Services are delivered across three lines — Infrastructure Services, Managed Software Services and Application Software Services. CoreWeave operates data centres in the United States, Europe and Canada, across six countries in total. As of 31 December 2025 it ran 43 data centres with over 850 MW of active power, and relies on NVIDIA GPUs sourced through semiconductor makers and hardware manufacturers.
