Earlier notes (2)

10-Q filed July 29: Ford Motor

Ford's revenue over the twelve months to June 2026 came in at $187.0bn, a 1.4% decline on the same period a year earlier. That marks a reversal from the prior quarter, when the top line was growing at 1.5%. Profitability has also weakened: the free-cash-flow margin dropped to 2.8%, down from 6.3% a year earlier, while the operating margin slid further into negative territory, narrowing to -3.8% from 1.9%. Despite this deterioration, the fundamentals grade has actually improved, moving from D to C. Valuation tells a different story, though. Our model value has been cut sharply, from $37.17 to $6.73 a share, which now sits well below the current share price of $11.95.
