Fair value per share

Under review: every model's value for Tesla, Inc. is far from the share price, which usually points to a data problem (a merger, a share-count change, a one-off) rather than a bargain or a bubble.

Price vs value

Under review: our cash-flow value ($20.79) was left out of our combined valuation (it is 0.05x the share price, outside the 0.2-5x range we accept), so it can't be the basis of a rating. We'll show the comparison once resolved.

Our note on each quarter Tesla files

10-Q filed October 22: Tesla

Revenue for the twelve months to September 2026 reached $103.6bn, an 8.3% rise on the prior year. That pace has eased from 11.8% a quarter earlier, pointing to cooling momentum. Free-cash-flow margin tells a weaker story, slipping to 3.2% from 7.1% a year ago. On the back of this, our fundamentals grade drops a notch from C to D. The model value edges down from $23.74 to $23.15 a share. Set against a current share price of $375, that gap remains wide.

Our model value for Tesla is under review, so past values are not shown until it is resolved.
